Refund policy
At Pulse Appli, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@pulseappli.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
